So after many months I finally finished dolls for myself

This is my beloved

and

We have longer hairs now

Kimmy wears an elegant and feminine light purple dress with flower embroidery (I have a shirt made out of that fabric) with a large satin collar. Her white felt ballerinas have flower decoration. She wears a bead necklace, a bracelet and a ribbon to finish her outfit. Underneath she wears lace underwear. I accidentally sat the lace on fire but it survived

Szuzka´s dress is a shoulder free empire waist dress made of the sleeve of a shirt I got as a teenager which I never wore, it is made of lovely blue fabric with 3D embroided flowers encentered with a glittery silver thread. She has a lace ribbon and lace socks, the shoes are stitched with beads and the ribbons are from another vintage shirt of mine. Beneath Szuzka wears lace panties and a tulle petticoat to give the right poof. The collar and the ribbon on the back are made from vintage cotton lace. She wears a bead bracelet as her only jewelry.

The bodies and hair are made of felt. I love to make felt dolls but they are very time consuming, for example for one complete outfit I need a complete afternoon.

Next project is a fairy doll which will be up for sale so stay tuned!

I put Kimmy doll in front of my framed photo of you, you sent me that lovely butterfly glass frame ages ago and I put your photo in it. It´s cute with real Kimmy and Kimmy doll in one place.
